Maybe my original remote control that came with my Samsung was a bad one, but this new one worked better than the original! Functions good and is very easy to connect.

As with many replacements for factory original parts, I figured this might require some setup and/or have some limitations. Pleased to say that it worked flawlessly right out of the box. It does not look exactly like the provided remote, which stopped working after about a year. ( The middle button on the navigation wheel no longer works - a typical occurrence I’m learning.) I actually prefer the format and feel of this remote, and it’s easier to use without looking. I was hesitant since the design differs, but once I confirmed it worked with my V505 series TV, I ordered, and am pleased I did.

My Samsung TV that I've had for several years came with a basic remote control. Over the years the buttons have become more unresponsive and was becoming a real pain in the butt. I found this treasure and it is the absolute best. No regrets!

This does not work as well as the original remote that came with the tv, but it works well enough for the price.

I had the original remote for my television and it had been abused by multiple drops onto a hardwood floor. This one is more durable than the original one, it works better, and has more options to go directly to streaming services. It seems to have sufficient range to change the television from any spot in front of the television. I have not tried from behind it as you need to see the screen to do stuff and that makes no sense to use it while not looking at the screen. Easy to use, it works great with my television, and is small enough to make it not bulky. I love it.

This remote is actually smaller than the remote that comes with the television, but I think it's reaction time, it's hepatic response is quicker than the factory remote by Samsung came with. For a replacement remote does exactly what you want.

Buttons went out on my old remote (left) and I had no success finding a Samsung replacement and even if I did they were priced at $110 or more. I’ve ordered a couple off amazon before, the ones with the wireless usb and none of them worked. This one actually works!!! The only function I dont have from my old one is the pointer button. But to be honest that pointer is not worth the extra $95 lol. Im so happy because I was losing hope in finding a replacement 😁
