Yes, rub down your scissors with alcohol prior to cutting and return unused strip to original packaging.

They are thin long strips that can be cut to size if too long for cut. Strips are white, looks like white thin tissue paper. Works great.

The expiration date will vary by different packages, so the ones you order would differ from the ones I ordered, but the date was good for several years.

Q: Are these a zip stitch type of closure bandage for a wound or just a band aid type wound protector?

They are steri strip type not a band aid type cover
