Too simple for "really" smart teens?

It’s a light game, just about a minute to learn or explain, but still fun to play. It can be a challenge, and you can certainly defeat yourself in playing. I think if the teens actually enjoy board games they’ll enjoy this one. It’s a great way to fill up 10 minutes between other games or to wind down a night.

Which should i buy if only want to buy one of the games. kingdomino or queendomino. does it play well with 2?

Queendomino can be played solo or as an expansion with the base game. Both games have 2 player features, so if you're only buying one, I would pick Queendomino.

Can a 6 year old who is pretty sharp play??

Yes! It's pretty simple to pickup and they will learn to strategize (if they don't already know how to from other games) after a few games / hearing you explain why you chose your tiles. My 5 year old doesn't love to sit still for long and will usually play one round and be done. My 7 year old will play 3 rounds with me before wanting to move on. My 3 year old sometimes "plays" as well and just tried to match tiles which sometimes works well for her. Fun game for everyone!
