I love the taste so much that I got some for my coworker and she loved it too

Its below freezing here and in most of my state, there is no way it could have melted here or near here, either it melted in storage or immediately after, I can't tell you the feeling of despair accompanied with gifting something to a loved one and watching their face light up and being so thankful to see it suddenly become sad with a giggle they say "I'm sure it'll taste just fine" when they see a sea of COMPLETELY MELTED MIXED UP RUINED CHOCOLATES. I picked truffles as they are more elegant, they look nice, taste great, and a lot of love and care go into making them, which shows both in cost and when people enjoy them... This is unacceptable and I'll never get that moment back.Yes I want a replacement, but more than that I want this to never happen to anyone ever again! On her birthday, the one person I cherish most, this beautiful gift, the packaging shows such quality, the card with a pressed flower, brilliant addition, only to open it and find this? How disappointing! :(Had these been as they were supposed to be it would easily earn a 5 star rating.

Very tasty with smooth texture. I've already bought more. These were better than the Godiva ones I bought. My new go to for gifts.

My hero is MR. ANDY WHO MAKES FABULOUS CANDY/TRUFFLES. I have the dark chocolate flavored truffles which is outstanding in the CHOCOLATIER FAMILY.This is my 3rd box, so folks keep up the good work, as now l'm a loyal customer, & I'm here to stay.

Yummy! But the chocolate truffles melted when arrived, even though they ship with an ice pack, a bit dissapointing. We have to guess which is which flavor.

Came well packaged, flavor was nice, enjoyed them.

Andy shows 12 flavors in the identification/legend sheet that comes with the box of truffles. The box has 16 candies, so one might THINK one would get one of each candy, plus a couple of doubles. One would think WRONG. W received two of each: Orange, Black Forest, Hazelnut, Cappuccino, and Coffee; and we received one each Irish Cream, Tiramisu, Caramel, Amaretto, and two that tasted like chocolate.The ID sheet didn’t always match the candies. For example, the sheet showed Amaretto as milk chocolate covered with dark chocolate drizzle; however, reality was a dark chocolate cover with a milk chocolate drizzle. This mis-identification occurred also on the caramel in pretty much the same way.Taste:The Good: Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Orange, Coffee, Chocolate (no kidding..it tasted like chocolate), and Amaretto.The Undetermined: Orange (one tasted like orange, and one tasted like chocolate), Tiramisu (my wife said it didn’t taste like Tiramisu), Caramel (it looked like caramel, but tasted like….chocolate), and two that had the white flecks rubbed off so we couldn’t tell if they were supposed to be Rum or Cappuccino. They both tasted Cappuccino-ish.The Ugly: Black Forest. UGH. Both of the ones we got tasted like artificial flavoring. They were terrible. And shipping time took weeks.The Odd: All of the truffles were a hard dark chocolate shell with a filling. This is the first time I ever had a hard truffle. While the chocolate is good, the hardness takes away from the experience of the entire truffle. One is expecting a soft chocolate bliss, but you have to crunch through the chocolate to get to the flavored part. It's like the difference between smooth 60% dark chocolate and hard 72% dark chocolate. The 72% is chocolate, but it doesn't have the sensory impact the 60% has.And, while I'm criticizing, the plastic holder of the candies was clear. The marketing photo shows black. This doesn't affect flavor, but it affects presentation.Final verdict: Buy See’s. 2x the candies for about the same price, everything tastes like it should, looks like it should, and arrives quickly. Godiva would be a better choice also.Attached photo shows how small Andy's truffle balls are.
