Absolutely worth the price, just make sure you know how it works before Leaveing a review aha.
Very good little rice cooker. I got the 3 cup version and it is perfect for my family of 3.I've seen a few reviews mention a little spitting, and yes that's true, you need to remember this is essentially a fancy saucepan with boiling water in it, that's normal. The glass lid is much better than the design choice of a lot of others with hinged lids as you have the issue of trying to wipe down and clean the lid without dripping water into the base - you don't have that issue with a glass lid as it just goes into the dishwasher with the bowl, easy peasy! As for burning rice at the bottom, that's also user error and not the machine. If you've cooked rice it'll boil till all the water is boiled off and then click onto warm, if that's all your doing then that's your cue to take it off the heat, leaving it in there longer will ofc burn the rice, you'd be boiling a pan dry if you did that on the oven. The machine works as intended and if you don't understand that don't rate it low because you don't know what your doing. All in all super pleased with it. Definitely worth the price and I will happily give it a 5 star review.

You'll never be without one.
So easy to use - perfect rice every time. (Not enough room for steaming veg etc if cooking more than one cup of rice). Have bought for gifts as love ours so much.

Majes rice cooking a breeze
Works well a a rice cooker once you work out how to use it.Must wash your rice before cooking. Ideally soak it for 30 mins before cooking if you have time.Cooker comes with small cup to measure rice out. 3 cups does our family of 3 for dinner and leftover lunch the next day. Avoid keeping rice for more than a day in the fridge. There are marking inside cooker to show how much water to put in. Cooking 1 cup rice and you fill water to marker 1, cooking 2 cups and fill to marker 2. It's that simple.Inner of cooker is non stick and can cook up to 8 cups of rice. Glass lid yo see rice cooking with nice vent hole to let steam escape. To start I like to add a tablespoon of oil and flavourings such as cardamom pods into cooker and cook them for a few mins. Then add rice and water and some salt. Set cooker on "cook" red light illuminates till cooker cooks rice and switches to orange light "keep warm" when it does this LEAVE it alone, don't lift lid for at least another 5 minutes to get rice fully cooked.Once done, enjoy light fluffy rice. This cooks rice evenly and consistently gives lovely results. Safe, easy and predictable results each time.

Good
Great and quick rice cooker, rice sticks a bit to the bottom but fits perfectly in any small kitchen and is extremely useful

Near perfection
This product is absolutely amazing for its cheap as hell price (compared to the japanese / asian automatic top tier range). The rice you can make are perfect (including sushi rice). This is suitable for making “one pot meals” in just the rice section, or even making a meal as you steam (spiced lemon rice with steamed salmon / gyoza is a personal favourite ive managed to do!). You wont regret this purchase! Enjoy the taste of Asia in your own home ;) (wow even i cringed at that one haha)

Frustrating
Cant tell you how many conversations I had with this company. They are like Politicians you ask a VERY SIMPLE QUESTION but they never answer it.The instructions are absolute rubbish and I am not stupid. Love my Air Fryer but this rice maker has been a diaster!I am not in the USA so one cup means nothing especially when the instruction does not match anything. Then the cup has 3 markers on one side half etc, the other side it has r markers I'm not at home so cant look at it but approx 40, 80, 120, 160 WHAT!My simple question to them, after about 10 emails and 10 telephone calls was, for one person how much dry weight grams of rice and water do you need. NO ANSWER!Before all the contact I had a practice run, it was horrible, some cooked, some hard.Second attempt as I was doi g dinner for 4, there are markers in the bowl they are confusing, so I guessed, it all boiled over the rice was coming out under the lid but it was edible after I had removed some of the water and keft it to fully cook, nightmare.I dud eventually speak to a guy somewhere in the world, not the UK who was extremely polite but still could not answer the question, he said it's just trial and error! So how much rice fo you have to waste to work out the measurements required for 1,then 2, then 3, then 4 persons, before you perfect it because the Manufacturer cant be bothered to do it!How can any company develop a product but not supply specific instructions, they would gave surely tested it out!But steaming vegetables I must say is great. So I am going to persevere as I've not done any more rice and hopefully az the instructions appear to be TRIAL AND ERROR maybe I will get a decent portion of rice that is cooked to perfection, I can only live in hope!! Would I recommend this product, if I ever sort out the measurements, yes but that is not going g to be anytime soon!😫😫😫😫😫🥶

Broke within 19 months
Has this since October 23.Worked well most of the time but it is very temperamental if you don't use weight rice/water.Last couple of months it has not cooked properly and burned on bottom.Had to bin it today as refused to heat up so IMHO lasted less than two years with three times a week use.
