I am really impressed with this. It's solid. It takes less than a minute to set-up, and it folds away really neatly. This is exactly what I was looking for and I'm really pleased that I went for this bench over others.

Put together quickly, especially since I didn't find the instructions in the box, purely my fault, though, as they were in there.Great workout bench. It does what it says it does on the listing, and there are no issues at all.

Overall, it is an excellent piece of equipment. From a design perspective, I would remove the two under-knee support tubes as they do not seem to serve any purpose and are an impediment for anyone with knee issues. The foot 'bar'' at the front would benefit from some form of height adjustment, and a 'lock' on the bench height adjustment bar would enable the unit to be moved about more easily. All of that said, this is a great weight bench.

Almost perfect for a home gym setup at this price point. Nice looking bit of kit. My only caveats would be, if you're over 6 ft tall it will be too short, and I suspect, if you're pushing 100kg plus it might not be sturdy enough for you. It creaks a lot when you first get onto it. Folds away to save space when not in use.
