If i didn't satisfied with product ,can i return it?

My experience with Fitbit If your Fitbit is or becomes defective, your replacement will come from their China warehouse, which will never come considering India China situation and while not bothering to replace your defective unit, they will still keep happily selling new units as- quoting their polite and friendly customer care "their inventory for sales is from India warehouse while replacement is only from China warehouse"Just FYI I'm a soul who trusted the Fitbit brand name and Amazon reviews, but now stuck with a defective Versa 2, for which replacement was issued in July 2020 and still hasn't reached me in October 2020 from their China warehouse. Why buy such costly devices 20k-35k when they won't provide basic customer care which even a 1.5k Mi band service center in India can do? Unless you have cash to burn and are ready to be disappointed in Fitbit's products(hardware & software inconsistencies-syncing), and being charged again- premium services- for data from your Fitbit's sensors and finally their amazing customer service, which sends you replacement units from China, I would advise everyone in India to avoid Fitbit

Can't play videos. But can play music connecting an external head set or Bluetooth speaker
