Q: What is the secret to making the pump work.?

I turned and turned and nothing evever unclicked to pump like other normal pumps. So i took the nozzle off and jammed the white stick with light force to start the spring and now I have a working pump.

Q: Does it contain micro beads?

In the description it says "non-plastic cellulose beads" if you are worried about micro beads that are plastic and pollute, sounds like this has an alternative.

Q: Does this help with acne and bumps on forhead?

It will help clean & scrub away dirt & oil. But acne may need treatment from the inside of your body as well. Have you consulted your Dr. ?

Q: Is this OK to use with a battery operated facial scrubber?

Yes I believe that this product would work fine with your battery operated system. I don't have one but this does foam up nicely. Take care😊
