Q: does this blade come in with a 1 inch arbor

Yes, our 10 inch diamond blade has 25.4mm(1 Inch) arbor. If you machine need the blade which arbor is 1-Inch, you could remove the rings or bushings of this blade.

Q: Can it be used to cut wine bottles?

No, we don't recommend you use our this balde for cutting glass, we specially design this blade for cutting tile porcelain marble brick granite and all similar stone materials

Q: Does the 10inch blade include a 5/8th arbor washer? The images only show a 1 and a 7/8th arbor option.

Yes, our 10" tile blade include 5/8" arbor washer. We know most of our friends need 5/8" arbor and we have added a new bushing to this blade which could change the arbor from 20mm to 15.875mm(5/8"). Now our 10" diamond blade could be fit on the machine which arbosr are 25.4mm(1"), 20mm and 15.875mm(5/8").

Q: can this blade be used on dewalt compound miter saw

You could, but this is an "Wet" Diamond saw blade for stone or tile that is used on an wet saw. If your Dewalt Compound saw has an 5/8" arbor it would work. I would be very careful cutting with it if you are going to use it dry. And using it dry will shorten the life of the blade. Hope this help.
