Can this come assembled??

I'm not sure. They didn't give an option for assembly and it's in a prepackaged box. I would say it is better not to be pre-assembled. It's nice but materials are very light and likely breakable if already assembled in transport. The directions are not 100% intuitive but it was fairly easy to assemble.

About how long does it take to assemble?

It took me around 20-25 minutes to assemble. Well worth the time for the quality of this piece.

Can you place an item on the wireless charging shelf and it will charge simultaneously?

Hell no. Thing barely charges one phone at a time. This wireless charger is useless
