I hate when reading these reviews you get suspicious that the message could be a generic copy paste to apply for many products so just adding that this is genuine for the elements d3-k2 magnesium supplements to calm that worry.So far very good. Oddly only 1 week in but I have been feeling the difference. I can tell that it is more effective if I do my part and GET sleep cause I wouldn’t go to bed Wednesday night and I felt the difference from the day prior. Today with a bit more sleep I am feeling the improvement again. I even started my husband on them as well as he’s been super stressed at work and I know it could help him deal with that stress better.

I started taking this supplement along with a Magnesium supplement and it has helped with my sleep

It may be a bit me just wanting it to work, but I did notice a lot more clarity and a bit more energy only after the second day. I realized that I should take it the morning when I had a bit of trouble getting to bed after taking it after dinner. Maybe keep that in mind.

Proof is in the lab work. I take (1) a day to cut the IU in half to 5,000 and in four months have taken my Vit D levels from low to normal range. Happy to see it on paper but also happy to be feeling better overall. If you were skeptical, it's legit.
