I highly recommend this vitamin. I exercise a lot and eat well, but my health wouldn't be anything if I didn't take the medicine, or if I didn't take these highly recommended vitamins.

Excellent supplement
This my favorite mag/D3/K2 supplement. Seems effective, but I usually only take one a day, even though the dosage recommendations is two. Although if I start feeling under the weather I take two and it helps me kick whatever is coming on most of the time. Your mileage may vary.

Unfortunately, it didn't work as I expected. I took the pill at night, as I've heard it's used, but it wasn't counterproductive. I didn't sleep at all. I'm going to try taking it during the day to see if this doesn't work. I expected much more.
