I have been using this router since 2019, and it's been operating 24/7 without any issues or complaints. It's the best Wi-Fi router I have ever purchased and offers great value for money. I am now a dedicated fan of the Tenda brand.

I expected much more from this modern router launched in December 2019 boasting features like IPv6 ,beamforming and the most catching wall killer. Wifi Signals are ok , 5 ghz gives me alsmost full speed around my flat but 2.4 ghz is not very stable and you need to continously reconnect your wifi.Also if you receive the new router and you use a PPoe connection make sure to inform your ISP that you changed your router as nowdays most ISP have mac-id lock on there routers. As 2.4 ghz connection is weak please disable wifi band steering from your settings, in short have two seperate wifi for each frequency rather than one where the router decides what frequency will be good for your device.Overall router is fine, Amazon did not give me an option to return the router rather replace it so i decided to give it a try. I would recommend others to go for Tenda AC10 if its available as its just 200 bucks more and has more stable connection.

First of all, referenceNeeded a second router to install in tge upper floor of my penthouse. Was previously using a Non-gigabit router (Asus-N12) with a JioFiber 300mbps connection.Things to note:Coverage. This router will give you strong solid connection for area mentioned in description. If you have a lot of walls and floors where you need to spread the network, consider TPLINK C6. My floor has 2-3 walls even in the corners of the house, for which this is BRILLIANT. No question. If you need more coverage, look to C6.Speed: This is a gigabit router with Mimo, great stability and connection. Using about 4-6 devices everyday on this excluding smart home devices (which can be handles easily). I have a 300mbps plan but getting a solid 285 on most tests. The conversion rate is good enough for the price.Bonus points; looks great, compact and light. BIGGEST WIN for this router is the app and easy simplified controls. It is super easy to setup, manage and monitor.Overall, it's a no brainer, until you need the longest range in which it is second to C6.P.S will update in six months. Happy surfing.

I had purchased Tenda AC8 AC1200 MU-MIMO Wireless Gigabit Router from AMAZON on 21 Mar 2021.On 3rd January 2022, the router stopped showing the 2.4GHz band and only showed the 5GHz band.Even with multiple resets, it did not work.I contacted and worked with local support over the phone and we tried multiple things like tweaking settings for the 2.4gHz band and resetting the router multiple times but still, we do not see the 2.4 GHz band and then he gave me the number for a person where I need to mention my issue and send him the router device for inspection.On 4th January I reached out to the person on his cell phone and stated my problem and he asked me to send my router to his address in Mumbai which was close to my address.I send out Courier on 08/01/2022 and it reached him around 10/01/22 after multiple calls since then, he informed me on 13/01/22 that the router needs to be replaced and the new router will be shipped from DELHI and it will take around 10 Days.It is now the 11th Day since 13/01/22 and around 17 Days since 08/01/22 since I sent the courier and there is no sign of getting the new router or repaired one.I called the same center and the guy told me that the router has not arrived from Delhi.This is some pathetic service.Here these guys should be calling customers to inform and update them about the issue but it's the exact opposite. After-Sales service is very poor and I would not recommend this to anyone.
