The item description says nuit d'issey issey miyake edp( eau de parfum), but the about item description states eau de toilette. is this a fake?

The eau de toilette isn’t fake, it’s just a weaker scent that doesn’t last as long. The parfum strength is what you want and it’ll say it on the bottle.
