Does the Keyboard have adjustable fee?

No, it is raised but not adjustable

I connected it to my HP Pavillon but it gives me letters different from the keyboard than from the laptop What can i do?

I would start with scanning for a virus or maleware. If these aren't present, you can access troubleshooters for just about any hardware malfunction via searching in settings. Make sure you are completely updated, you can run a manual check via the settings menu. If that doesn't get you any further it gets a bit more technical in uninstalling and reinstalling drivers.
