Q: ghiradelli hot cocoa in brown package that you mix with water??

Yes, hot water makes good cocoa with this mix. I pour all into canister and scoop out as much as I need. I always add a couple splashes of " coffee creamer" because I like the different flavors.

Q: Can this be found in a larger container online a can or more than 2 lbs? Thank you

I only saw the 2lb size, a great buy for high quality. Look on the site see if there's a larger offering.

Q: Does this taste more dark or milk chocolate?

It's somewhere in-between. Definitely not milk chocolate but it's not very dark either. Personally, I find it the best cocoa mix I've ever found and have ordered it several times.
