This unit does the job. The stimulation is strong. I Love all of the different modes and that I can do 2 places at the same time. I Love the back belt. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and have had 3 major back surgeries. I live in pain all the time. I've only used this TENS 24 once but it really did relieve my pain. The slippers are on the small size because I have big feet. They still work fine though. I'm sure they made them average size. Battery power is great. I have been having a TENS unit for many years. This Neumedics TENS 24 takes it to another level. I highly recommend it. Oh, it also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

I recently suffered a muscle strain in my back and this device lasts so long I wear it for my 12 hour night shifts if my back starts bothering me I just turn it on and bam pain gone. Only issue is sweat it degrades the pads they kinda melt apart but that is to be expected because if material but over all so amazing I ended up buying a second for at home. The sandals are amazing after a long night on my feet so much better than a foot massage. Pain be gone with nuegenics

According to medical experts this product doesnt actually have rehabilitation benefits, but I felt it helped significantly with the pain and suffering. It is a pricey purchase, but if you are crawling the walls in pain I definitely recommend!I pinched a nerve a couple of months ago. After PT and chiropractic appointments I have thankfully improved- but believe me I was immobile, and then on crutches, couldn’t even get through a quick trip to the grocery store for milk and eggs.It holds battery well, and you can move around with it! I wore it to help the shooting pains while stretching and cleaning and it allowed me to push through to recovery.I suffered from drop foot as well, which means that I had to work knots out of my thighs, shins and calfs as well- ouch! Putting the pads on those tough areas really helped.(I haven’t found much benefit to the shoes yet, but maybe one day. I do have a wedding coming up and have to wear heals- maybe I will get my chance!)

My back was out bad! Spent $58-89 per Chiropractor visit for adjustment and being hooked up to the tens unit. This was over a three day. So I purchased this and used it for the balance of the week and into the following week back felt better. Note: once you use it DO NOT EXPECT it to feel better right after. It will feel better the next day each time you use it. My daughter used it also for her wrist same thing each time she did it the next day it felt better. So be patient.
