So far so good.Honestly this almost impossible to review without getting a blood test to check electrolytes to measure the before and after. However, anecdotally, I have fewer cramps.My review is mostly for the product contents and the balance of those ingredients, which are spot on. Also, for the number of servings included and the value of the product.If the ingredients are accurate, it is a great deal. If the balance of ingredients is accurate, it is a great supplement.Assuming yes on both of those results in four stars.

if you're buying this expecting 1-1 gatorade tasting drink, you'll want to look elsewhere. we bought this in hopes of being able to make our own 'gatorade' at home without all the extra fluff. the lil dosing scoop is small, but dont let that fool you into thinking you need more. for example, i made a pitcher of lemonade and the math was telling me i'd need 5-6 scoops, but having not tried it i just said "f it, make it 10" and it was a bit too much 😅 made it again with less scoops and it's much better, we wont be going back to commercial electrolyte drinks. it's flavorless (except the addition of the sodium) and complimented home made lemonade well, i imagine it mixing and tasting well with things like crystal lite or MIO.

Even though this is supposed to be unflavores, it made my water taste absolutely disgusting. It was like taking bad tasting medicine. Do not recommend at all

It did help keep my legs from cramping during a half marathon as it tends to happen in the last 3 miles.Something to keep in mind, it will taste salty.

This unflavored electrolyte is a great way to turn a regular drink mix into an electrolyte beverage. By itself it isn't very tasty, unlike some other unflavored mixes. I think it's the magnesium.

Thought I’d give this unflavored product a try. I really like it. Mix as well in hot liquid and I haven’t tried it yet in cold but it’s such a good consistency. I imagine it would have no trouble mixing in with a cold drink. I’ve used it for more than a week and have had no leg cramps, which is why I take electrolytes on a daily. I would recommend this product. Great value for the price!
