Over promise under perform
This product was a huge disappointment. The sediment at the bottom of the container was so thick I couldn’t use 20% of the solution. Shaking it didn’t do the trick. It was just old product that crystallized over time. In addition, due to the crystallization the solution lost its potency causing it not to work as prescribed. What a waist of time and energy using this product. You can see in the photos how I had to strain out the sediment in order to use the product. Very disappointing!!

Excellent customer service and product.
I just used the Petramax lockdown,Rock glue max. Had to wait several weeks for our weather to get right. But now that it's down and dried, it is fantastic, highly recommend. And the company has fantastic customer service.Anne was amazing above and beyond helpful.

Used the whole bottle, did not work.UPDATE: After my review the seller contacted me and offered a refund. That was pretty cool of them!
