I am failing to use as problems with understanding directions.

The first one I ordered was defective--would not charge and then act like it was dead. I exchanged it. The second one is great. This is one of the lowest priced bone conduction headphones but it is also one of the most complete. It includes two ear plugs for swimming--the white silicone one is high quality and awesome. It also has a silicone strap for smaller heads but I don't use it. My 8 yo daughter doesn't use the strap either. This model has plenty of internal memory for a ton of MP3. I feel like you don't need high bitrate MP3's for bone conduction because the fidelity isn't there. It sounds decent though for running and swimming. I haven't used the bluetooth yet but the buttons (3) are very useful. Would definitely recommend highly!

Whatever the voice say with the head phones isn't in English and it will not charge had ot setting on the charger 2 days straight still at only 10 % and when it's on low battery every 2 minutes it's saying something in some foreign language that you can't understand so in other words I spent $35 on a piece of foreign crap

As a previous reviewer wrote they do fit unevenly. Connecting the silicone adjustment string did help a little, but still not enough for an evenly flat fit. I tried to get used to them for a couple of days. But they are just too big and awkward. Every time I yawned, ate or turned my head they would become displaced. They don’t stay where they’re supposed to. Maybe they are designed specifically for swimmers who use a tight bathing cap. The other reason I am returning them is because of the magnetic charger. The cord is very short, if you don’t have a tabletop power strip you have to charge them on the floor. The cord only extends several inches from the socket. They are very sturdy though.

This headset is exceptionally comfortable, lightweight, and easy to use. I read one review that said they used it underwater in blue-tooth mode. That was not true for me. My phone was only 6 feet away, but as soon as the headset hit the water, the signal was lost: exactly as the instructions & advertisement said. The blue-tooth works perfectly in air. I have gone 20 feet or more away, with walls & doors in between with no problem. The memory is great, and the songs play in random order. The only thing that might be better was if there was a way to ask for songs by one artist, but this is minor to me. In noisy environments, it is always best to wear hearing protection. When you do that, the bone conduction improves, and you need to turn the volume down.

I bought this as a gift for my child who loves swimming three times a week. They really enjoy using it while swimming, and the design does not interfere with swimming activities because it is very slim and fits snugly in the ears. The sound quality is also satisfying.

One week of use and it stopped working… I can’t use the MP3 mode… it seems the chip is Damaged… don’t stop searching for Bluetooth connections.
