Is the hub 4 pin? I need it to be compatible with asus x570 board.

If I remember correctly....the fans use a proprietary connector to connect to the hub. The hub is powered by Molex and connects to the motherboard via USB 2.0. If you plan on using an AIO in this build, you would want to make sure the mobo has at least 2 USB connectors. If not, you would also need a usb 2.0 hub. I believe the one I use is made by NZXT.

I have 9 fans and 3 controllers and whenever i change the light on controller 1 fan 1 it also changes every single fan 1 on every controller anyone?

You probably have your settings copying the master.
