I recently installed the Wyze Video Doorbell v2, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. Here are my thoughts:Installation and Setup: The installation process was straightforward. I wired it up using the existing doorbell wires, and the included angle bracket allowed me to position it perfectly. No fuss, no hassle.Image Quality: The 2K video quality is impressive. I can clearly see everything I need, including packages left near the door. The wide-angle view ensures I never miss a thing.Night Vision: Wyze has nailed color night vision. It’s almost magical how well it works. Even in low light, the clarity is outstanding.No Subscription Fee: Unlike some other brands, Wyze doesn’t require a monthly subscription for continuous recording. Just pop in your own micro SD card, and you’re good to go.Voice Quality and Latency: The two-way audio works well, although it records only the person at the door, not my responses through the app. That’s a minor gripe.Smart Features: Wyze offers plenty of free nerdy options, and you can unlock more with a subscription. Nothing essential is behind a paywall.Chime Delay: The only drawback is the slight delay when ringing the doorbell. It’s connected wirelessly to the adapter, which then triggers the chime. Not a deal-breaker, but worth considering.Overall, I’d give the Wyze Video Doorbell v2 an A. It’s a fantastic product with a few minor quirks. If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable doorbell camera, this is the one to get! 🚪📸

I installed this so easily by myself and I am not handy. No tools needed. You do have to unscrew the bottom screw on the doorbell to get the backing to fully click into place. It’s fast to load, fast to install, and quality is great so far!Includes extra options to increase angle issues, but I haven’t used either so far. Recorded & chime works great.

I got this to upgrade from another door bell camera i was using. I love the dial camera function in this. Being able to see not only out my front door area but also below to keep an eye on my packages is a big plus. The color night vision is great as well. Unlike my other camera i like that I was able to load a SD card for local recording with a great video quality. Another plus is i dint have to wait 5-10 seconds to connect to my camera before seeing what's causing an alert. Definitely a great investment for home security.

Love the cameras and function. Great video quality. Seems durable. Good motion detection. Only complaint is the shorter battery life. Bought spare batteries to have one charged all the time. Overall, happy with purchase.

This review is for the Duo Cam doorbell. Amazon has merged all the Wyze doorbell reviews into one place, which gives a misleading rating to this product.I own three of these doorbells. I ordered two directly from Wyze and had to order one from Amazon in order to leave this review. The doorbells will not record to the SD card. I have spent a month trying to get help from Wyze, to no avail. I have sent trouble logs from the app; called them; and have sent countless emails to them. All Wyze has done is run me around over and again with pointless troubleshooting that I already tried. They don’t respond to emails for 3-6 days. I kept asking for assistance in order to not miss my return window, but they do not respond to emails for days at a a time and then have zero answers…”did you reboot the doorbell…update the firmware…disconnect the power…remove the card…” Yes, i am tech savvy and I did all of that and more before i even contacted them. I’ve been troubleshooting these for a month and there has been no improvement or resolution. I have even given them a trouble code that randomly appears in the app, but they seem to have no idea what that code actually means.One thing Wyze does not list anywhere in the product manual or on their website or on Amazon is that in order to record continuously to the SD card the doorbell must be hardwired. Mine is hardwired so that’s not an issue for me, but it was one of the things that came up during one of the many email exchanges. That is info that should be listed so customers know up front and it is misleadingly not, but Wyze is hoping to rook people into paying them an extra $2.99 per camera to use their cloud recording. That’s obviously the plan with this new doorbell because it WILL NOT record to the card and they have absolutely no idea what the issue is, but have assured me for an entire month that their tech team is working to resolve the issue. Despite never resolving the issue, each email ends with “should you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us back anytime.” There has never been a single contact from them that I did not initiate first and no updates to indicate they are actually attempting to fix these doorbells.The doorbells also randomly ring my mechanical chime, which is annoying but I wasn’t even concerned with resolving that issue since I can see on the app if someone did ring it, and the main issue is that the doorbells will not record to the card and are worthless in providing the protection I purchased them for after someone tried to steal my car from my driveway.In order to return items you order directly from Wyze you have to email them to get them to send you a link, which in turn requires you to input your order number and email address, so instead of a convenient system that already knows my order based on the email I provided at that time, I have to locate that info elsewhere and write it down so I have it in front of me to start the return. SMH.Everything about this experience has been a joke.Avoid this product and avoid this company.

Easy to Install,clear image, I love that when someone touches the doorbell it records them for a few seconds. I love that I can view it all in one app with my other cams.The only downside is that if you unplug the base in the house, it will no longer connect to your phone, but that is user error not really a downfall. I had a different cam doorbell before and it didnt require any base... but it was worse quality and didnt get a good connection to the wifi, so that is the tradeoff.

I bought this for my office. It works great and provides a doorbell and camera for seeing who is coming and going. Works without plugging in and w/o wiring and no contract needed.

We have this at the front door of our Airbnb. Good video, notifications work well and the battery life is unbeatable.

Own several Wyze cameras so no stranger to the brand. Being on the Cam Unlimited plan the doorbell Pro does the job just fine.Finding the build quality to be above average. All brackets are included for various types of install, adhesive, screws, angled, wired.Image quality during daytime is more than sufficient yet I feel nighttime could have been a tad better. The 150 degree field of view is great.Response to motion is reasonable, two-way communication via speaker/mic is good, chime works well. Battery life is OK yet not expecting miracle's here, as I've yet to own anything in this realm that has been stellar.Overall I am quite happy with my purchase easily recommending to those who need such a device.

Fácil de instalar.La pila le duraba al rededor de 2 semanas, compré un panel solar especial para este modelo y se mantiene en 95-100 todo el tiempo.La recomiendo mucho! Funciona todo bien
