Does “just enough”
I bought this for an Audi Q5.Pros: the license plate is now back on the car. Beats paying Audi $154.00 for the original.Cons: Size of the frame is much smaller than OEM. It uses smaller screws than the OEM. It’s not firm on the car like OEM. The holes to the frame BARELY align with the license plate. Seems extremely cheap.

Perfect low-profile replacement for the OEM bracket
Install was fairly easy, had to unscrew the original bracket and pull it off with force since it was stuck on with an adhesive strip. I bought this because the original bracket was too big and my new plate frame did not fit nicely. This new bracket solved the issue and works great!

Better than OEM
When I went to put my license plate on the new car, the screw clips on the OEM holder just spun in place as the plastic around them fell apart. I ordered this, it arrived the next day and is much better than the original. Rather than "U" clips, it has actual brass nuts that don't spin when you tighten the plate. All hardware needed is included as is a rather unless, but serviceable (for one time) wrench. Would buy again if needed.
