More importantly he has clearly demonstrated why that process works best when it is guided by an experienced IPO advisor who can exercise both guidance, and where necessary, direct intervention in the process so that the Company can be properly prepared for successfully completing the IPO and enjoying success in the aftermarket. No one participant in the usual continuum in this process such as lawyers, accountants, bankers and investor relations professionals has the mandate or standing to accomplish this for the management undertaking a microcap IPO.Bob Giordano
