Essential Accessory
Well-made, lightweight and absolutely essential. Speediance is a customer driven company with a great new product.

Barbell Hooks
The machine is great, but the company, not so much. After spending nearly 3K on it, I found out that even though it came with a barbell, Speediance makes you buy the barbell hooks so you can safely put it down while you're under it. and they call it an "accessory" and charge $50 for it. That's BS from an apparently BS group.

Sturdy
The finish is good and they seem like they will hold up well. I only use for specific exercises like squat. I did not find them very helpful during bench as my hands are positioned on the bar where the hooks are on the machine. May be better for barbel tricep extensions though.

Helpful but not like a barbell rack
These help make it easier to clip in the bar and rest the bar between sets. What this won't do is allow you to get under the bar to start a set like a traditional barbell rack. The Speediance machine isn't designed for you to be able to stand under the "tower".
