Makes cooking fun and easy
What can I say that others haven't about this air fryer? We use it almost exclusively, and don't use the oven a whole lot anymore. Cooks fast, doesn't heat up the kitchen a lot, especially since it's summer now, very very simple to clean the basket and crisper plate, and fits nicely on our counter not taking up a lot of room. It's also priced right. We cooked all kinds of meats, and vegetables to perfection. I really can't offer any other accolades from what others said...it is one fantastic air fryer. I do have only one problem...I should have bought 2 of them right away!!! You won't regret getting this one. :)

I LOVE IT!
I put off the idea of an air fryer as I already had a toaster oven and a regular oven with convection and I thought it would be similar so I wouldn't use it much. Boy, was I wrong! I saw a sale on this Cosori air fryer with great reviews so I took the plunge. The size is great for my countertop. It heats up fast and I've already made chicken breasts, chicken and fish nuggets, salmon, and they were easy and delicious. I had a bunch of left over cherry tomatoes and made sun-dried tomatoes out of them. It reheats food really well, like pizza and french fries. It has a broil feature I used to melt some cheese. It works well for a small batch of bacon, too. It's easy to check on the food as you just open the drawer and it automatically pauses, you can shake it if needed or flip the food, and close and the cooking automatically continues. Clean up is so easy, it's ridiculous. It is so non-stick that the food remnants either just fall off or wipe off. I don't bother washing in the dishwasher as it's not necessary and I don't want to take a chance on wearing out the non-stick surface. Just remember not to use propellant sprays on the grill as it's not necessary and not good for non-stick surfaces. I'm so glad I took the chance on this. I'm looking forward to using it and expanding my air-frying skills for years to come.

Great Economical Air Fryer
I have heard so much about air fryers. I admit I'm late to this party becuase I absolutely love this air fryer. I've had it for about 2 months now and I have not used my oven since. I'm in a reasonably hot area and this air fryer is perfect for preparing meals during the warmer parts of the season which can get up to 123 during the summer. It cooks very well and the meats are full of juice and the crispy foods are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The 6 qt size is perfect for me and it's very easy to use. I liked a recipe book with a cooking guide was included. It helps a novice like me to get acclimated to this new world of ary frying. This is a great air fryer and a very good value for the money.

Great Air Fryer. I've used it for 6 months and love it.
Excellent product. I bought the small air fryer and it is easy to use. But my portion sizes were such that I couldn't cook a meal in the small one. So I bought the big one. First world issue: Now I cook my meat, chicken (four wings), steak, frozen shrimp, etc., in the small one and cook up some french fries or frozen spring rolls, practically anything in the big one. Everything comes out great, especially the chicken wings. I buy them from a store that has already cut and marinated them. The steak comes out juicy and tender. The caveat is you have to follow the cooking directions, which are easily available on you tube. I actually bought mine based on a you tuber "EmpowerCooks" recommendation. She has her kids test and rate her food. Back to the cooking instructions. The recommended cooking time was 6 minutes per side for steak and the first time I did it the meat, while tender and flavorful, was a little to well done. So I backed the time off to 5 minutes per side and it was incredible. The Cosori also has a broil feature that I have not used yet.It is well made, easy to see buttons, uses very little oil (I use avocado oil and a Misti sprayer), and is very easy to clean.

Relatively quiet, cooks great, and does NOT heat up your countertop!
This Cosori TurboBlaze is awesome! (And this is NOT a paid promotion!)This unit cooks great and probably has less than half the fan noise and absolutely does NOT get hot underneath like many other air fryers I have seen. I just assumed all air fryers were loud and created a lot of heat underneath and required heat mats, but that is definitely not the case with this one. As soon as I unboxed it, I ran two 20 minute break in cycles at 400/425F and my laminate countertop under and around the unit was still at room temp, not even kidding. What a pleasant surprise! The sides of the fryer body itself were warm but not at all hot. No heat mat required! There is a heat exhaust vent on the upper rear of the unit that gets a little warm but that's about it. While the fan is not silent, it's not a super loud blast furnace either. On it's highest setting it's probably about as loud as my over the range microwave, which is pretty mild, noise-wise.As far as cooking, it does a great job and has a large 9.3" x 9.3" (inside dimensions) basket with a bottom crisper tray that stays put when you tip the food out. The unit heats up very fast and cooks very evenly and the top angled touch screen is easy to see and very intuitive. I love that you can adjust the time and temp in mid cook, and that it pauses the cooking time automatically and then restarts when you remove and re-insert the basket. You can even manually reprogram the presets to times/temps more to your liking, if desired. The non-stick coated cooking surfaces are easy to clean and the unit doesn't take up much counter space. The one feature it lacks that I initially wished it had was a flip/shake beep timer halfway through the cooking time, but it's really not a big deal. A simple work around is to just set your cooking time for half and just shake/flip when it times out and then restart for the final minutes, or just set an egg timer. Honestly though, it cooks pretty darn evenly and the times I paused it to shake or flip halfway though, the food really didn't even need it.I have used it about twenty times in the last few days just trying everything from tator tots and french fries, squash, asparagus, potato wedges, fish, etc. and it has performed flawlessly. I actually have a full size convection oven so I wasn't sure how practical this air fryer would be but truth is, I know I will use this all the time now, just for the two of us. I find it really doesn't even need to preheat for most things (although you can still set it for that if wanted) and it cooks much faster than my convection oven without heating up the entire kitchen.Bottom line is, if you are on the fence like I was and not sure about spending more for what you hope is a better quality unit, just do it. This unit is well built, is relatively quiet, does NOT heat up your countertop at all, and it cooks very evenly. And honestly, not having a flip timer turned out to be a huge nothing-burger! It is a solid unit and it comes with a two-year warranty and a really nice 50+ recipe cookbook. Hopefully this thing will last a while but so far so good! I'm digging it!
