I jazzed it up with some brick wallpaper. The shelf is solid, mounting equipment is adequate. USB plugged right into my surge protector power strip. Comes with remote and different colors and modes. It took a while to assemble only because I was tired but the only con is the wood shelf on the right side is very loose and isn’t held in like the glass is. I looped some electrical tape around the metal studs and it held the shelf tighter a bit. I would still recommend this shelf.

I was not expecting much for a mid 100s price point, and frankly the quality of the boards and metal rods are just what you’d expect.But!The LEDs included have a very nice feature. The strip itself has a 4 pin female port and the USB A controller has 4 pin male port, but that’s not what is interesting. The controller for the light kit REMEMBERS my light color and pattern selection after being unplugged and reconnected (at least for a few minutes), and as a novice entering the world of LED decorations that is so helpful and much better than the cheap, simple light kits all over Amazon. I’m glad they chose this.The instructions are also very detailed, and there is an included diagram that details how much weight each individual shelf can support. Good job Bestier!EDIT: I finished installing it in my wall and would like to add that mounting the shelves is not hard at all if you have the right tools. The kit does include a basic screwdriver, but I would generally argue that if you take on a project to mount a large shelf on your wall, then you should already own a power drill and an angled adapter to use it in tight spaces. Floating shelving is a little more advanced than other home improvement projects, so don’t approach this thinking it’ll be an easy one-person job.

The media could not be loaded. This shelf was super easy to install and build. The quality was amazing and has multi purpose functionality. The weight is impressive and can store all kinds of devices. I have had this for a couple months and works great. I use a portable charger to power it on as an outlet isn’t available.

This was relatively easy to put together, and since it's fairly light not a terrible hassle to hang. I have a building I use for furniture I'm worried I'll damage, and he put it together and hung it in 45 minutes or less. The light strips are cool and work great so far, but there are some issues with the remote. I like the little hanging rack at the bottom. I've used the rack to hang my headphone collection, and it looks awesome while also indiciating I may need to stop buying headphones... The one I have in the living room is used for a gaming/media display, and the one in the bedroom is actually functioning as a bookshelf. I bought the one for my bedroom a couple months after I bought Bestier's hanging shelf trio because I liked it so much in the living room.The only real downside is that the RF signal they use for the remote is the same for every piece they make, and even some by other manufacturers completely. This is a downside because I have a total of 4 of these style hanging bookcases from Bestier, so if I try to turn off/on the lights or change the color an unknown number of the other bookcases will turn off/on/change colors, too. Trying to turn them all off is a game of chance, I just have to hit the power button over and over as different combinations of shelves turn on/off until I get lucky and they finally all answer at once. There are no manual controls for the lights or anything so you're really just stuck playing remote roulette until I get a result I can live with.The RF Remote issue is such a hassle that I reaistically want to give this 3/5 starts, but the bookshel itself is honestly great. Thankfully my aestetic is set up to only need the light blue lights all the time so I don't have much reason to change the colors. Yet every time I manage to turn everything off I'm afraid I won't be able to get it to all turn back on at the same time again.

Honestly I don't get why some of the reviews say what they do... This was easy to build, and fairly easy to put up. I did put my shelf on studs though, the shelf is spaced out 32 inches exactly far enough to place on 2 studs (typically 16 inches apart). Thing is sturdy and not going anywhere, didn't make but the 4 holes required to mount it, used a drill to get it right in there. Just follow the instructions!I'm very happy with this purchase it's exactly what I was looking for to place my Funkos on. I even used some filler boxes to show how many can fit. The lighting is just bonus!

Easy assembly, easy to put on the wall but would definitely recommend two people! We love that we can put our gaming stuff up so our daughters can’t get to them.

Sizable, pretty sturdy. Very easy build. Two person installation. Decent quality for the price, probably wouldn't mind getting another one.
