Q: The lights don’t seem to work? We received these today and can’t figure out how to make the light work which was the appeal to my 10year old

Hi you need to plug usb cord into computer PlayStation etc and lights will come on.

Comes with nothing as lights don't wor and shoukd be ok with Xbox

Here are steps to connect PS4: 1.Plug the 3.5mm jack into the Gamepad 2.Shake PS4 joystick to enter the System Settings 3.Choose "Devices", next choose "Audio Devices", and then choose "Output Device"and change it to"Headset Connected to Controller". Secondly, choose" Output to Headphones“ and then change it to "All Audio". 4.Discard the USB interface (Only for LED light) if this cable is not long for your device 5.Adjust or rotate the 3.5mm interface until both sides of the headphones have smooth sound output
