How quiet are the fans?

Very quiet! If you are indoors you can barely here first 3 settings, the 3 higher settings are like a dull buzz. If you wear it outdoors you will hardly here the fan at any speed.

how long does the battery last on its highest speed?

I've worn mine at top speed for up to 2 hours and it still hasn't died. I can't say exactly h ow long it last, but 2 hours in it was still going strong.

What’s the diameter of each fan & how many blades?

4 blades in each fan, however with the size the only thing listed is 247*306*30.5mm. To me the fans are about 2 1/2 inches in diameter - just measured it 👍

Can you turn off the power indicator light - to conserve power - while using the fan? Fan on + light off?

NO. The power bars [1-4] shouldn't take up anymore additional energy. There are 6 speed (intensity) levels; so, if you want to conserve energy, just push the button up to the 3, 4 or 5 level. The battery will last for a long time (charged via USB). I had my fan on level 4 and I cut my grass in 2 hours. The battery bars went from 4 bars to 3 bars (after 2 hours). The recharge from 3 back to 4 (via USB) took about 75 minutes.
