What are the height and length of the shade, please?

Sorry, never measured the shade but it fits the model 3 perfectly. It’s made specifically for the model 3 and Y.

What's the material on the black side of the shade? Will it leave markings on the interior of my tesla? Thanks.

Im not sure of the technical name, but the material on the back is the same as the material on and umbrella, it will not make markings on the interior.

Will there be a gap to mount to the 2022 model Y windshield?

Yes there’s a gap to go around mirror and two straps with Velcro that close the shade around the mirror mount. Works great for model 3 and reduces the interior temperature extremely with the overhead shades I have. This shade plus overhead will reduce the stress on your ac unit when charging or just parked in no shade and keeps someone from looking through your front window. It is a hassle to setup and take down but worth it. You’ll get use to it.
