NOW Supplements, Menopause Support, Blend Includes Standardized Herbal Extracts and Other Nutrients, 90 Veg Capsules

I started taking this for terrible hot flashes and it worked great after a week. The relief was felt in a few days, but I got complete relief after two weeks. It has a strong taste that goes away after a few drinks of water, but that’s a small price to pay for the relief it has brought me. Compared to other menopause supplements, it’s much more affordable.

I am shocked at the immediate results from taking this supplement. I was hopeful, but no way did I expect such relief. I have yet to figure out if my polyovarian cysts have been halting my periods or if peri-menopause’s halt of my periods are leading to cyst growth. Either way, I have been in hell for months from ovarian cyst rupturing, an episode of ovary torsion, hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, heart palpitations, and brain fog. In case you wonder if I’ve seen a doctor, the answer is yes I wasted a visit or two. Last visit I declined the implant she suggested, which is known to CAUSE cysts. (Really??) Thank heaven for common sense and natural supplements.I took a single tablet two nights ago and slept. I actually slept. I didn’t have sweats, or palpitations all night, nor did I have a single hot flash all day. Seriously, that’s like a miracle. Last night I took 2 capsules before bed. Now, I was cramming for finals, drinking lots of coffee and eating lots of chocolate, so I set myself up royally for the mess of symptoms listed above. And yet I slept. Palpitations are still an issue, but that’s all my fault. Even with them, I am comfortable and relaxed.One more thing: I started ovulation within hours of the first dose. Mind blown. It seems like this blend of herbs was exactly what my body was needing.9/11/2022 UPDATEI continue to have great results with this supplement. I tend to be inconsistent with taking all forms of supplements, so I start and stop equally with this one. When symptoms show up to remind me I am off track, I start them again. Once again last month my period was delayed two weeks, with no signs of starting. That’s guaranteed ovary-trouble for me. I began the supplements again and within a couple days my period started again. Nothing but good things to say about this supplement!

This is a good product and I initially had really good results; however, after one week of using this product, I began to have severe stomach issues, i.e. my ulcers began to flare, and I continued to exhibit severe stomach issues until I stopped taking the supplement. I do believe in this product and I utilize several other supplements from the NOW manufacturer; however, I urge caution taking this supplement if you have underlying stomach issues.

Ok, I very rarely write reviews, but this completely exceeded all my expectations and then some. Basically, I guess I was in a perimenopause hole for so long, I forgot what it felt like to be normal and not feel gross all the time. I tried this almost on a whim, just thinking "well, maybe it'll make me feel better... but probably won't." From the first night I took this, I felt a difference (never, ever would have suspected that!) and it's been going very well for a few weeks now. I'm just not constantly having hot flashes all night (I still occasionally have them, but MUCH fewer in frequency and also lower in intensity than before) and can sleep. I can wear clothes that don't totally "breathe" all the time (that was getting weird on the east coast in December and January, to only be wearing linen everywhere and still be broiling hot). And I do feel as though this has helped with brain fog as well. Honestly, if you're thinking about it, just give it a shot. I'm so glad I did.

This product immediately helped my night sweats. I tried a nonherbal product and went back to burning up, so i am coming back to this one. There are studies about black cohosh and some of the other ingredients helping perimenopause symptoms, so other herbal products may also be helpful but this is the one I tried. They do have an herbal smell I don't like, and taking 3 pills at once is difficult, so I've been taking part in the morning with a few crackers and part before bed.

This product seemed like a miracle at first. It stopped my extreme hot flashes, night sweats and insomnia almost right away. Then I noticed a slightly elevated mood, which was desperately needed. After just a few days I no longer felt bloated. My girls stopped being swolen and painful. This herbal blend seemed to be fantastic! Then, around week three, I slowly began to have side effects but they came about so slowly, I didn't know what the problem was. My side effects included headaches that turned into migraines. Soon I had migraines Every. Single. Day. but I didn't realize it was due to side effects. I also gained several lbs. My hair began to fall out at an alarming rate. Finally I had severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders. I was desperate for help. I finally began to suspect Menopause Support for these strange issues. I stopped taking them and all of the above mentioned side effects went away. I believe this is a good product that may work for a lot of people. I am not one of those lucky women. Treat these supplements like a pharmaceutical because they work like pharmaceuticals and can have serious side effects just like prescription drugs.

I had a total hysterectomy last year and have been getting hot flashes mainly at night. I started taking this for a couple weeks, so far not helping the hot flashes at night. I will continue to take them for longer to see if they will kick in.

Horrific reflux GERD symptoms!! Ridiculous amount of pain and upset stomach! I threw the whole bottle away! I never want to experience this again!
