Good adjustable arm protector
Works very welll and will keep your arm dry. The rubber material for the arm and forearm can be trimed so it not too tight.

Still keep cling film handy
A brilliant piece of kit to keep arm/picc line dry when showering. Still clingfilm arm first as found that dressing gets damp with the sweat/moisture inside the sleeve.

The size and fit
This is the only sleeve I could find that is suitable for use to keep Picc line. I read the reviews and was concerned that I would need help getting it in place but as I have slim arms it goes on with ease, the neoprene cuffs are flexible and it is comfortable. As I have opted not to have the Picc line I haven’t needed to use it so cannot attest to its waterproofness.

Bought this for my wife to use and it's great, allowing her total freedom to shower

Split
Seemed ok at first but the black lining split within a few uses allowing my PICC line and dressings to get wet

Not 100% waterproof
Very disappointed comes up small state will fit up to 38cmm but this is extremely tight and uncomfortable and very hard to get over my picc line. bands are made out of material that soaks up water while in use this then transfers into air making my dressing damp. Not 100% waterproof very poor product have brought a leg cover from another company and is fare better with a silicon band that is waterproof but they had sold out off arm ones.
