PARLOS Single Handle Bathroom Sink Faucet with Metal Drain Assembly and cUPC Faucet Supply Lines, Chrome, 1.2 GPM Flow Rate

The faucet looks nice, seems to be well constructed and works well. I just installed it so I can't comment on its longevity. It seems to be an excellent value since it comes with hoses, Teflon tape and a pop up stopper/drain pipe. A pop up stopper - drain pipe alone can be expensive. Installation of the faucet was straight forward. Installation of the drain pipe would have been easy except it took awhile to figure out which way to place the large rubber washer. The diagram looks to me like the narrow part of the washer goes up against the sink. I consistently had a leak when I did this. Looking a diagram of a competitor's product, it looked like the larger, flat part of the washer goes up against the sink. When I did this it worked fine with no leaks - at least so far!

I recently purchased a bathroom faucet, and I am delighted with the product. From its sleek design to its excellent functionality, this faucet has exceeded my expectations in every way. My father-in-law installed it with no issues.One of the standout features of this bathroom faucet is its durability. Despite daily use, it has shown no signs of wear or leakage and it is easy to clean!The only drawback is that the pop up drain gets stuck when you don't routinely use it because of the hard water build up. Took a while to release. This has happened to me 3x.Despite that, I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this bathroom faucet. My mother-in-law bought two for her own home.

Easy to install. Decent overall quality for the price point.

Purchased this after Amazon search sorting "Avg Customer Review" for "faucet for bathroom". Among highly rated products by Moen/Delta for hundreds was this item by "Parlos" (who the heck is Parlos?) for $39.99. I read many reviews and (unlike some sellers who pad reviews with unrelated items) this one appeared legit. It arrived in one day (nice secure packaging) and installed it the next. It looks good, works good and was easy to mount. Why pay more if you don't have to?

Put it in the bathroom sink, simple installation, but difficult to remove the old one.

I purchased 2 of these because they came with the popup drain and the excellent reviews. Both are installed and they work great. They were installed by a professional and no complaints were voiced. We like them because of the clean design, easy operation and popup type drain.

US Customer, be informed:In the lower right corner of the forth view for this faucet you will find a cUPC Certified designation; which is a Canadian Standards Code for plumbing (based on my better late than never internet search). The cUPC is also stated in the “About This Item” information. I missed the importance of this fact prior to purchase. I mention it as the Push & Seal Drain assembly pipe outside diameter does not fit my US plumbing. It is far too loose and there is a considerable gap between the outside diameter of the O-Ring and the inside diameter of the pipe that it fits into. If there is a water blockage in the S-Trap or P-Trap the water will not back up into the sink but will spill out under the sink within the cabinet… not good. Because of this I purchase an O-Ring variety pack and found a better size O-Ring with an improved fit but not as firm as I would have liked. I then purchase a 2-inch diameter Shrink-Tube and secured it, via heat, firmly sealing the sink drain pipe to my US drain pipe. When all was said and done everything worked fine and looks very nice but with considerably more cost and effort and trips to the big box store. Because of my experience I cannot recommend this faucet/drain assembly. Now, if the manufacturer were to supply a variety of O-Rings to accommodate different drain pipe sizes, then there would be no issues.
