Faulty rare wheel and they r charging for return
Received the faulty bike whose rare wheels are not rotating smoothly. I requested for return which took couple of days to approve. Moreover, I have to bear the courier expenses which cost me around $25. Almost one fourth of original price.

Easy to assemble
Box was heavy and big so if it's a gift you're trying to keep secret, you'll have to bring in when child's not around. But it's very cute and rides well!

Defective handlebars and no assembly instructions
Not much more to say... Trying to put it together for my 3 year old. No assembly instructions for the specific model are included, just a generic "owners manual" that covers a different class of bike. The handlebars DO NOT snap into place. There is a looseness between the bars and the front wheel, which feels very unsafe. May be an easy fix if there were instructions.......
