If, like mine, your (recyclable) brown paper packages need a little more than string to secure them, then this tape is perfect.It has good tack*, is easy to cut or tear from the roll and---a small thing, but much appreciated at this time of year---the edge tends to remain "up" and easy to find, rather than self-sticking back onto the roll.* I've only used on brown paper, but it feels like it would stick well to any paper.

I use this for taping up all my home recycling for the weekly collection. I was sceptic finding a tape that's 'green' and actually does the job and not just a gimmick. I've bought this 3 times now so obviously does the job! The 5 rolls last me about 10 months of normal use. I have to say it is quite expensive though at £20 but I let it pass hoping that 'green' products will get cheaper going forward as more people start to support the movement. That reason also makes it more worth it for me. Give it a try!

The tape itself is very good, sticks nicely and is sturdy (as much as tape can be). Also easy to handle and cut with your fingers, instead of carrying around scissors or doing it with your teeth. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact it comes wrapped in plastic. I specifically bough this tape because it was paper, thus better for the environment. It's disappointing to learn that the company couldn't that that extra mile and create a paper wrapping.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this because of the price, but I’m so glad I did. We moved house with no split boxes, it stuck really well and it was enough to cover our whole 2-bed, with a bit left over.

Wanted to go over to a paper tape and this has been excellent. Great sticking quality and can just tear it so no faff with scissors.

Wanted tape that can be recycled. This just feels a whole lot nicer to use than standard wrapping tape. Works well, looks really good. Thanks to Roasters Coffee for introducing me to this type of environmentally friendly tape.

Firstly, this is excellent tape, others are thin, damp excuses & just tend to peel off.BUT: I’m buying more environmentally friendly tape for a very good reason...So why do 6 rolls of ‘eco’ tape need to be wrapped in PLASTIC...Meh. Haha.You’d get the other 2 stars if it wasn’t for this contradiction...

This is superb tape. It is made of paper and therefore more eco friendly.It sticks very well, but the best thing is that if you wan't to peel it off again it is low tac and does not damage the paper too much. Very impressed, good stuff!
