We have no directions and many parts are not labeled! How do we get help? This is a Christmas gift!

We had directions but it was mainly just pictures and the parts were not labeled, we put it together just by comparing the pictures and honestly we just compared parts to see what matched. It took us over 4hrs. Contact the seller if you have no directions at all.

Do we have to use the lights?

You don't have to use LED lights, As for the light hole, you can use decorative items to cover up

Are the drawers on a track?

The drawer is not equipped with slide rail, but there is a limit lock at the end of the drawer to prevent it from falling.

Where can I get replacement lights? All I can find is ones where the wire would be on/in front of the mirror.

If you want to replace the light, you can contact the seller for a replacement, or you can shop for your favorite LED light on Amazon.
