Wonderful light gauge with full sound easy play-ability especially for a 12 string.
Light gauge strings for 12 string guitars. I purchased a Martin DX 12 guitar that had a decent sound but needed new strings and some cleaning up. After a complete wipe down and oiling the fret board the strings were easy to figure out although the 12 string guitar takes a little more effort to complete. The end results turned out great. the guitar sounds even better and is very easy to get the sounds wanted. After getting the strings properly stretched the tone and resonance is amazing. I highly recommend Ernie Balls for anyone who has a hard time playing heavier gauges. Definitely improved the already quality sound of the guitar. I will try them out on my vintage 70's Takamine 12 string next

Great Tone and Long Lasting Acoustic Strings
I have been using these string for years on my Fender acoustic and they have great tone, last a long time without sounding dead or dull and are inexpensive. You will get some squeak out of them, but you can eliminate with technique.

Husband loves these strings
My husband has multiple guitars and only buys these strings because of the quality. I bought the pack to save some money and time, they're a great value. With multiple guitars and how much he plays he changes strings often. They sound great and are a great quality. He hasn't broken a string yet so super durable.

Good but not great
They’re okay I guess. A little deeper more bland tone but they break in and sound a little better they’re comfortable the coating is okay. For the money they’re good though

Can't really give a fair review as I've never bought a set of 12-string guitar strings before, although I have purchased guitar strings. Ernie Ball has a well known reputation and it shows in these strings....

So cheap and worth the price! I had no trouble installing these on my acoustic guitar and they work perfectly.

these strings resurrected a bad guitar - get them!!
i had heard that Seagull acoustic guitars were great. nice action, etc, so i bought one on craigslist and tried it. sound was great but it was just painful to play. and i’m an intermediate player, i just assumed it wasn’t my guitar.i took a stab at these strings and threw them on there, oh dang. it’s like i have another guitar. it’s now fun to play, all chords i play on it are effortless, im not fighting the damn thing, i had no idea what type of strings were previously on the guitar, but just get these and try them for your steel string acoustic. for $6 or so it gave it new life.off to go play again! just dropped in to leave this review. strings seem to be on the thinner side but they sound and play beautifully. time will tell how they hold up.
