I have neck issues due to working at a desk all day. The pain typically carriers into the night, but this pillow has helped alleviate the neck stress and allows me to finally feel refreshed in the morning. Really nice king size is perfect size for neck support that extends to the shoulders and back. Super happy with this

I was very impressed with how this pillow fluffed up immediately. When I first laid my head on it, it felt just like a hotel pillow. I told my husband the next morning that it was the best sleep I had gotten in a while. It is soft and just the right thickness. I noticed no smell to it. I am getting great sleep with this pillow!

Pillow is very soft, and stays pretty cool overnight. I’ve been using for a little over a week and definitely have notice a difference in my neck pain/achiness in the mornings. Only complaint and reason it’s 4 instead of 5 starts is I wish the pillow itself was thicker, it has a good fluff to it but a little flatter than I personally prefer. Overall a super nice pillow

Great pillow! Amazing quality overall, it feels just like a pillow from your favorite hotel. The pillow came vacuum sealed but quickly expanded. A little expensive for what it is, but if you want a full/fluffy pillow that reminds you of a hotel, I say buy it.

I’ve been using this pillow for a week now after years of trying to find the perfect pillow for me. Every pillow I’ve had has turned flat so quickly, but these pillows are so soft and plush. They truly feel like hotel quality. I have been sleeping so much more comfortably and the pillows definitely feel cool to touch. Definitely buy!

This pillow went a long way toward stopping my back and neck pain. I used to wake up barely able to move, but no more.I have serious sciatica problems and frequently woke up at night in pain. Not since using this pillow. Well worth the price!

Bought this after my wife had been complaining about neck and shoulder pain for a few weeks. After a couple days of researching comparing reviews I decided to go with this pillow and splurge on it (right under $100) finally received the pillow and was excited to give it time to expand and gets full size so that she could use it. Her neck pain definitely became less frequent but she has the same complaint that I noticed immediately with this pillow-It's extremely soft. It will depress and yet a little flat in the place you lay your head and some people might prefer a second (less expensive) similar pillow for support. It DOES however feel great and the duck down/pillow in pillow design is awesome. Great build quality.

Husband is a side sleeper, is very picky about his pillows, and loves this. However, he told me not to buy him another one for $70. (Shoulder shrug)
