yes, I think you mean TOA. However, as I later discovered, According to Stephen Buhner in his Healing Lyme book on (page 366-367), he actually prefers Cats Claw or Samento (Uncaria Tomentosa and Uncaria Rhynchophylla) with TOA and he says that there is no need to spend extra money for a TOA free extract. He believes that TOAs and POAs are both important in Lyme Infection. And I guess other infections as well. Hope this helps you.

It is an herb, so it doesn't have to be approved by the FDA. I can tell you it works. I had lyme disease and it cured it.
