But, the centre portion bulges when heated, so not easy for frying

Don't buy this sub standardized version of Tefal
Have been using Tefal non stick range from a long time(ceremony range), could not find the same range (titanium coated ceremony) this time and hence brought this assuming this would be equally good, but this isn't even 10% of that quality.This is presumably made for low end markets,hence a lot of quality comprises have been done.The non stick coating wore off in 2 months, the service centre is outsourced to maharaja outline in India and they barely register your complain.Just buy hawakins or some other brand not this one
