Been using it for 3 days now one to twice a day and it seems to be working. Had a rash on both my arms and one chest. The rash on my right arm is clear and the chest rash is clear, my left arm was the worst but it's clearing pretty good. Good quality and good price for what you get. It's not greasy just apply a thin layer and ribbon until clear.

I am having some skin issues since undergoing chemo and immunotherapy. Within 2 days I was seeing a difference for the better on my skin. Finally a product that really works. Very effective!!! Not oily and no smell. I dont know if it will work for everyone but has made a huge difference for me. I will always have a tube on hand from now on.

This helped my granddaughter's excema. We were able to see a significant difference overnight and she has an extreme case of excema.

I cannot rave about this product enough. My 8 year old son has been suffering with the biggest reddest and most itchy eczema I have ever seen. Nothing we did improved it. I happened to find this product and ordered. In one day after 2 applications the redness had reduced! We are in week 2 and his patches are flat, white, and most of all no longer itchy. They are almost completely gone. He loves the sensation but I recommend mixing it with hydrocortisone waterproof ointment to lock it all in as the cream will wipe away. Just bought a few more tubes.

When I initially purchased this, I loved the cooling feeling of the menthol, but with my next purchase, it was non-existent. I don’t know if they changed their formula because that was the main reason I purchased it. Eczema relief with the cooling. Was it changed because a bunch of you pansies can’t take the cooling menthol feeling? I think that’s what set this product apart from other eczema creams. Bring the menthol back or I’ll go elsewhere for my eczema relief.

Purchased this product initially a year ago and fell in love. Loved that menthol was the main active ingredient and saw amazing results. It was called “first aid ointment” just as described in the product ad and photos. However upon receiving my new order today I am severely disappointed because it is not at all the product I was attempting to order. It has oatmeal as the active ingredient instead of menthol. It also does not say first aid but eczema relief and it is a white and not pink ointment. Very sad and dissatisfied with this purchase.Update: when looking at my initial order (year ago) and going to the same link today to reorder it sends me to the link that got it wrong this time. So I’m unsure if I just was accidentally mailed the wrong product or if the packaging and formula have completely been changed for this product.Still, disappointing :/
