Product was great but had a heart attack with delivery. Bottle was wrapped with a bubble wrap sleeve and put in a thin bubble wrap amazon shipping bag. Very very little protection for a glass bottle. I was amazed it wasnt cracked or broken

I was so excited to get the strawberry syrup as it’s one of my favorites and a staple that I keep in the house. Normally I get it locally but my usual spot was out. Extremely disappointed to have opened the bottle and found out that there is zero syrup consistency, it is completely liquid like water, lighter in color. I’ve never encountered this before so perhaps it’s a fluke but I can’t return an open bottles - I guess I am out of luck and down that money which is super sad. I will find another supplier in person going forward if there are going to be quality and taste issues like this. This product is way to expensive to be bad or not usable.
