Solid
Each wheel does it a little different. Large wheel snaps my vertebrae back in place. My chiro = Roper in Ft Lauderdale, the best, told me about these. Great for in between visits. Soft on back but rigid solid to push vertebrae back in

Not all sizes work well. Some are perfect.
I bought this set with the intention to use it regularly. I find the second smallest one to be perfect for rolling on my back. It really is perfect. The other sizes I just don't use and I probably should have just bought the one but I didn't know.

Great product and here's why...
Rarely do I write reviews....positive or negative but after 4 days of utilizing this wheel I felt compelled to educate others on the benefits of this tool. I purchased the chirp 4 pack as well as a couple 3 packs of other manufacturers to compare. Get the chirp! The reason is very simple, the spinal channel in the wheel is patented and makes a huge difference. The wheels are pretty much identical other than that but that one little addition makes a world of difference. My reason for purchase is my Thoracic spine is chronically tight and my chiropractor mentioned the chirp to me. I'm not some one who sees a chiropractor regularly....5-10 times a year.....but this wheel delivers all the cracks my chiropractor gives me in my mid back. I use this 2 to 3 times a day and just in a short time have seen noticeable improvement in my thoracic spine and posture improvement. I would recommend the variety pack and so you can see which ones are good for you.. I use the small ones on my neck and large ones on my back. You don't need all 4 send them back and just get the one you use most. I have very mild scoliosis and would not recommend this if you have scoliosis without consulting a doctor. I see no issues with durability and hope this review encourages others to try the chirp. I was not paid nor given the chirp for my review; just very impressed and want to make others aware.

Your own personal chiropractor
I wouldn't say I have "back problems" but I have a physical job that is hell and I'm a very small guy. I try to see a chiropractor at least every 3 weeks and get massages to do preventative maintenance but, sometimes my back gets jacked up. I've tried a foam roller, but this thing is like a foam roller on steroids. If you've got some really tight muscles and a locked up vertebra, yes it's going to feel uncomfortable, but the more you use it, the better it gets. I rotate between the 3 bigger loops as they all offer different focus and stretch. Recently I threw my back out really bad and my chiropractor was on a 10 day vacation. After about 3 days of biofreeze and working it on the chirp, I finally got everything cracked and back in alignment. The spine groove in it is really the secret and the relief is worth every penny. I'm definitely going to use it everyday as part of my normal health regiment now. Highly recommend.

Broke after 2 years.
I originally got the 4 size pack, but quickly found that I only really liked using two of them: the 4-inch for my sacro-iliac joint, and the 6-inch for my back. Well, after just under two years of using them, the 6-inch cracked. It had been making some alarming creaking / cracking noises in the last few sessions, so if that happens, just get rid of it then--I do not recommend the experience of it fully giving way.I weigh about 250 lb, so I'm nowhere near the "500lb weight tested" limit they mention.Plastics do tend to decay and get brittle with age, but I thought that would take longer than this. I'm thinking I'll try one of the cheap foam rollers, as this is more like the life span I expected from those.
