Pull off the border first. Then you just have clings on the paper, carefully lift up using a finger nail. It took me a long time and they were really hard to separate from the paper. Good luck.

How many pieces? the headline says 82. the description says 111. when i clicked on the actual image, i counted 30.

I did count the snowflake page, but the pages with the characters there are 33 pieces. For $7 and how cute they are I am not that worried.
