Does this work with kid craft train track set?

I am unfamiliar with the track you ask about. I used it successfully with my track. When I was looking I paid close attention to the wheel size. This has small wheels and works on tracks that use those. I hope this is of some help.

It's a xmas gift so it's unused. My memory says you add batteries and press buttons on top to make it stop, forward, backwards...
