works very well
easy to setup, comes with spare tubes, very effective at killing flys. can be scary when the flies are killed, sounds like a whip crack but would definitely recommend.

Loud Explosions When Zapping!
This sits well next to my cat’s food!So far it has worked okay, too okay on poor little moths. The first fly it zapped and scared the living daylights of of me because of the loud bang, only resulted in the fly losing a wing! I had to catch it and throw it at the lights which exploded again!! Yep, dead this time,I have noticed a few times that the flies are still alive after being zapped 🪰 They are either Super-flies this year or the zapper is more talk than action! It is a delight to see dead things in the tray though 😁

Doesn’t kill large flies
The media could not be loaded. Plugged this in around 5.00pm and there’s been a regular ‘crack’ every 10-15 minutes ever since. However, after hearing a ‘crack’ I’d check and see a fly in the tray, but if I stayed to watch I’d see the fly start moving again after a few seconds, and a few minutes later it’s disappeared out of the tray altogether. It’s now 9.00pm and there’s just two tiny flies in the tray.I’ll be sending this back in a couple of days and will buy fly paper which deals with every fly that lands on it, at a fraction of the cost.

short term review / mid term
although it works fine to create added inducement I placed some bacon fat in the tray anything which attracts the blighters will do, disconcerting to begin with the pleasing sound of zapping insects confirms it is working. Happy as Larry with it for now.03/10/24 longer time review, the house is now clear of flies. tip a small amount of raw chicken skin in the tray works wonders attracting them to their eradicationlatest photo hot days April open door visitors
