This belt is incredibly comfortable. Initially, I was hesitant to try it as I've only ever used leather belts before. While it may not offer the same level of security as a leather belt, it provides ample support for heavy lifting, which is a huge relief. This convenience ensures that bringing it to the gym or carrying it around during other exercises is a breeze.However, I do find the locking mechanism a bit tricky to operate. It can make tightening the belt fully a bit challenging. Nonetheless, I've found that I can still use it effectively without engaging the lock bar.
