80% nylon, 20% spandex. Feel soft, not scratchy/rough like polyester.

are you supposed to wear under with these bike shorts?

Like most road cycling shorts, I wear nothing under them. Any kind of underwear can cause chaffing on the skin where it rubs.

Does these shorten or get smaller after washing it?

My pair have been washed several times without showing any shrinkage or change in sizing.

I have a size 33 waist. Should I go with medium or large? Thanks

I’m a 34, 6’2” and went large they are perfect for me. Hope that helps somewhat.
