Good value for money
Nice product, it was easy to assemble and install. There was a problem in terms. of billing - contact number of customer was wrongly given by the vendor's person.We have been using it regularly since last few months- and happy with it.One add on can item may help customers - as it is an outdoor installed item - a water proof covering for the wooden swing will be great to protect it when not in use.

Product is god but packing is poor and damaging the product itself
The product is good, finishing is also good. But the way of packing this product is not justified. The nails of the packing have damaged the coating and finishing of the wooden base.

Great and sturdy product
good looking and value for money product,side arm panel with pre made holes position to join with bottom panel was wrongly done, I had drilled it my self since I had drill kit, otherwise it's great product l, would definitely recommend.

Product Unusable - Photos Misleading
Completely unsable product. Not as shown in their photos. Very uncomfortable. Unfortunately you have not delivered the same product as shown in your pics. See attached photos which clearly show the difference:- width is much lower as can be made out from the side panels. You website picture shows a much bigger rectangular panel - what i received is square.- the seat is different and cushions shown in photo not provided. backrest cushion is wrong size with overlap- backrest shown in amazon image is tallerSeller has refused return request. Amazon please intervene....

Poor quality of the chain as it has started rusting in 4 months of delivery
Contrary to the promise of being rust free , the chain has started to rust in just 4 months of delivery even in a place like gurgaonVery disappointing as it does not live upto the promises and commitments made
