My OEM battery wouldn’t hold charge for more than a few minutes. This swapped out quickly (and there are plenty of online videos to help if you need it); and the battery now last for hours again

I bought this to help a friend with her laptop, she was at a point that she could only go about 10 minutes without a charger cable. On replacement her laptop will run for a couple hours with no issue. It was a straightforward installation that only took about 15 minutes.

I like the fact that the battery came with the tiny screwdrivers necessary for replacement. Also, the battery works as expected after its first full charge.

Followed the install and initial charge instructions perfectly. Total discharge when powered off for a few days. Goes from 80% to dead in under an hour, in standby.It's full charge is a failure at just 64% of designed/stated capacity. What a joke.There's no way it's gone through 81 charge cycles since being install a couple weeks back. So either it's reporting wrong, or it came heavily cycled already. And since it arrived dead, it's either a repackaged return or sat for so long it reached complete drain. Likely accounts for its failed capacity and retention .It shouldn't go from 100% to 0% in 3 days while powered off.

I replaced my Lenovo IdeaPad's old battery with this SUNNEAR replacement, and it's working fine so far. The battery life seems decent, matching the original capacity, and it fits my laptop model (C340-14IML) correctly.However, the included installation tools were frustrating to use—they felt cheap and made the process harder than it needed to be. I ended up buying better tools to finish the job properly. Also, the battery wasn’t recognized at first, but after reinstalling and doing a few charge cycles (as the instructions suggested), it started working.For the price, it’s an okay replacement, but the installation experience could be improved with better tools and clearer guidance.

Direct replacement fit. Works great. Follow the instructions that are provided for best results.

Since I am not 100% positive that the battery is at fault rather than the Lenova laptop, I am giving the battery a 3-star rating instead of a 1-star rating if I was sure. Reviews for these replacement batteries were not very favorable but I purchased one anyway as the original battery was only providing power for about 2 minutes when not plugged in. Now, this new replacement battery only powers the laptop for about 5 minutes after having been "fully charged" (overnight). So the original Lenova battery was dying after about one-years use and the replacement battery is good for less than 5 minutes. With two battery failures, seems like a design problem to me but there is there is a small chance that I am doing something wrong. But, if you have a Lenova laptop and need a battery, you don't have much choice but I would try a different brand (although they are probably all manufactured in the same factory)
